About Sarah
Sarah Michelle Gellar
Sarah Michelle Gellar was born in New York City coming from a poor family after her father worked out on her as a young child. They could hardly pay the rent, so when Sarah won a scholarship to a private school they made her life hell, by constantly reminding her of the fact she had no money.
Surprisingly Sarah has been around television for 15 years of her life, but only recently has she burst in to the public eye. Most people will associate her name with her fantastic role in Buffy The Vampire Slayer as Buffy Summers. Were she plays high school students by day and vampire slayer by night. Using her martial arts training to battle with all kinds of beasts. The show is currently finishing its second season.
Sarah has recently proved her self i9n movies by her roles in I Know What You Did Last Summer, co- starring Jennifer Love Hewitt And Scream 2, with Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox, and David Arquette. In both of these she stars as a girl just left school being stalked and chased by obsessed murdering psycho freak.
Sarah won an emmy in 1994 for her part as Kendall Hart in the show All My Children which she stared in for 2 years between 1993-1995. Her other film credits include Funny Farm, Over The Brooklyn Bridge, High Stakes, and Cruel Intentions.She also worked in the theater production “The Widow Claire
